William H. Hill, Jr.

William H. Hill, Jr. (Founder – Retired September 30, 2021)

William H. Hill, Jr. (“Bill”) retired as a member of the Florida Bar with forty-seven years of legal experience in immigration matters, as well as foreign legal and business-related matters. Although his main area of expertise was in immigration and international matters, Bill also practiced in the areas of probate, wills, trusts, estates, corporations, and real estate.

Bill graduated from the Bates College of Law at the University of Houston in 1973. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1973 and the Florida Bar in 1974. He is a founding member of the International Section of the Florida Bar, and served as its Chairman from 1992 to 1993. He was a member of the International Section’s Executive Council since its inception in 1983 and the previous International Law Committee since 1974. He is a graduate of the American Graduate School of International Management where he studied Portuguese, international business, finance, and Latin American cultural studies.

Before entering private practice, Bill served for six years as an attorney with Texaco Latin America/West Africa Division, where he was responsible for reorganizing the company’s subsidiaries in addition to other corporate, contract, labor, production and refining operations, and with Occidental Petroleum Company in Peru, where he was responsible as Contracts Administrator for exploration/production operations.

Bill is a long-time resident of Ponte Vedra Beach, having first moved there in 1941, and later returning in 1954. In that time he has distinguished himself as an integral part of the Ponte Vedra and Jacksonville communities. He is a charter member of the Ponte Vedra Beach Rotary Club, and served as District Governor of District 6970 from 1997 to 1998. Through his association with the Rotary Club, Bill has been involved in numerous civic projects and charitable works. Bill is fluent in Spanish, and speaks Italian, French, and Portuguese.

Christopher J. Bondani

Christopher (“Chris”) J. Bondani is a Florida attorney who has spent a decade in the Ponte Vedra Beach and Nocatee area, offering his clients legal advice and assistance in connection with a wide variety of complex legal matters, some of which include: estate planning, trusts, probate administration, asset protection, business law, limited liability company law, partnerships, corporations, not for profits, tax law, elder law, and deferred compensation/ERISA.

Christopher obtained his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga; his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Florida Coastal School of Law; and his Masters of Tax Law (LL.M.) from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. Christopher is a member of The Florida Bar and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court.

In addition to advising clients, Christopher also writes and presents continuing legal education (CLE) materials on trust, estate, probate, business, and tax law, to his fellow attorneys and other professionals in coordination with the National Business Institute. He is the author and presenter of the course Protecting Assets from Creditors, The Latest Legal Tactics and the co-author and presenter of the courses The Fundamentals of Trust Administration, Trusts 101, and The Probate Process from Start to Finish.

Christopher has been recognized for his pro bono contributions to the Predatory Lending Unit of Jacksonville Area Legal Aid and AARP Tax-Aide, and has served as a board member and pro bono counsel to local area charities, including Water for All Nations, Inc., a Jacksonville, Florida-based 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to bringing clean water solutions to rural Africa. Christopher is a member and active supporter of the Ponte Vedra Beach Rotary Club and a former member and continuing supporter of the Ponte Vedra Beach Rotary Club, Sunset.
